- Dealing with beavers (rodent not youth) in pond at North end
- Planning/Executing Fall Work Day
- Planning enhancements to Chapel seating and temporary roofing
- Annual inspections of chimneys and fire extinguishers
- Maintaining the solar power system in Wade Lodge
- Replacing the South Entrance signage
- Purchase new mower (traded in tractor)
- Plans for replacing rope bridge with Senior youth being engaged
- Creating new maps of the camp
- Repair the door tracks in the Pole Barn
- Re-stain Wade Lodge
- Rebuild the water tap for connections to the water tanker
- Solar lights attached to exterior of kybos
- Solar security light at entrance to Kitchener Field
- New road signs installed by County along #43 just west of Apple Hill Road.
- Represent AHSR at the Voyageur Council ScoutCon
- Removing and recycling ($) wires from radio tower
- Install snow guard on Wade Lodge roof
- Clean out gutters on Wade Lodge
- Planning for creating tent platforms using pallets
- Remove 2 old ‘used’ kybos
- Coordinating Scout Trees event at the camp
- Replace emergency exit signs
- New security system installed with cellular / app interface
- Explore heating options for Hyde Away
- Taking training: First Aid
- Convert to electronic locks on buildings
- Planning Group campsites in wilderness areas
- Cabinets for storage of archery and pelletry guns
- Creating AppleHillScoutReserve.ca domain for our own website
- Create AHSR Facebook Group
- Coordinate with Vankleek Hill Historical Society to have AHSR on their driving tour
- Install solar flood light on South Entrance sign
- Install motion detecting LED lights in kybos and Wade Lodge mudroom
- Planning Spring Work Weekend
- Regravel the parking lot between Hyde Away and Pole Barn
