Thank you for booking your next camp at Apple Hill Scout Reserve.
We ask the Contact Scouter to submit a reservation request by completing the Booking Form and sending a copy to AHSRBookings[at]gmail.com.
Our Bookings person will verify your request against availablity and reply back within a couple days. At this time, you can guarantee your reservation by submitting a deposit as per the instructions on the bottom of the Booking Form.
The week of your arrival, you’ll be contacted by the Bookings person and On Duty Ranger to confirm your arrival and departure times. The On Duty Ranger will ensure the gates, buildings and rented requipment are open and available prior to your scheduled arrival time.

For Non-Scouting/Guide organizations, please use the Booking Form for Non-Scouting.
We request Campers to not exceed a 3pm checkout time to permit the On-Duty Ranger to close up the facilities and gates. Arrangements can be made in advance for a later departure time.
